Dear Fearlessness in Everyday Life participants,
I've been feeling that our 2-hour class time isn't giving us enough time to talk with each other and share our questions and impressions of the concepts, contemplations and reading materials.
So, let's open up our class, here in cyberspace!
Please offer insights, observations and questions from your pulsing warrior's heart. Cheers.
Alan

4 Steps

i thought that in the reading from myth of freedom last week, trungpa rinpoche put the reasoning for why we work with fear this way really well: "if there was no confusion there could be no wisdom"
ReplyDeletethat is to say that fear (and other emotions) are not this terrible thing we need to get rid of, but actually the vehicle we use to travel the path of meditation. they're actually good friends, because our practice relies heavily on them.
